When Will It Be?
Whenever you feel that things aren't going your
way, remember, it's not a permanent situation.
Life is cyclic, and there are highs and lows, but things always
do work out in the long run. So if you're looking out for a job,
and feeling that the breaks aren't coming your way, if you've tried
your best, been proactive, met people, told all the well-wishers
you know... well, just hang in there, things will have to change....
and soon! Meanwhile, just give expression to those feelings swirling
around inside you, they will clarify your expectations and release
positive energy. Sometimes the situation you're in is God's way
of telling you to depend on Him!
When will it be that the phone rings
with a firm offer for me?
When will it be that I get my first real juicy assignment
with all the excitement it brings ---
When will it be that I'll be recognised
for who I am and what I can do…
When will it be that people want to meet me, instead of I meeting
them?
I've met so many people who started
with nothing
But a dream in their hearts and a hope for the day
And their belief in themselves has taken them far along the way….
When will it be that I walk the road
I've chosen
And I find it's going nowhere but up
When will it be that I can say with the others
"I've never looked back?"
O God, when will it be
That the good things will happen to me
Only You can tell the answer, so I'm asking,
